Sign up for one on one Personal Training from a nationally certified personal trainer, educated 海棠直播鈥檚 Fitness Tech Program. Your personal trainer will evaluate your current fitness level, then design and guide you through a program based on your fitness test results. All personal training is held 海棠直播鈥檚 Sylvania, Cascade and Rock Creek Campuses.
