Giving inmates another chance

Inmates are getting direction in mapping out a life plan at the Coffee Creek women's correctional facility in Wilsonville, which has partnered with º£ÌÄÖ±²¥'s Workforce Development Program. PCC is teaching inmates basic life skills and vocational skills so they can get back on their feet. Posted February 13, 2003
