Poppe the Panther loses Tweet crown – for now

Poppe the tweeting Panther was the No. 1 mascot on Twitter last week. But thanks to a vicious power move by Boston Red Sox mascot, Wally the Green Monster, Poppe has slipped to third. Apparently, Brutus Buckeye surged ahead to No. 2 thanks to the start of football season and possibly some unconfirmed collusion between him and Wally.
So, more than ever, we must follow and help him keep his rightful place in the tweeting world. Below, is the Tweet that started it all between Poppe and Wally.
