Auditions for ā€˜Frozen’ scheduled for Jan. 11

The theatre program at Rock Creek is holding auditions for the play, ā€œFrozen,ā€ written by Bryony Lavery. The play tells the story of the disappearance of a 10-year-old girl Rhona. The director is looking for two male and three female actors. Auditions are at 1, 2 and 3 p.m., Wednesday Jan. 11 in The Forum, Building 3.

To sign up for an audition time, e-mail valory.lawrence@pcc.edu. In the email enter in the subject Line: ā€œJanuary 11 Audition time.ā€ In the body include: name, gender and the time you will be auditioning and a brief resume of your theatre experiences. You will be reading from the play at the auditions.

ā€œFrozenā€ performances will be at 7 p.m., Feb. 24-25 and March 2-3 in The Forum. A mandatory technology rehearsal is Feb. 23. Rehearsals will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3-5 p.m. and Saturdays from noon to 4 p.m. If you are a cast member or you want to work on other upcoming productions you need to sign up for Theater Rehearsal and Performances TA 180A-0-17091 for one credit.
