There are two exams proctored by Zoom.

Requirements for this section:

  • Placement: This section is specifically for students who do not meet the standard prerequisites for MTH 105 (those placing into MTH 58/60 and below MTH 95).

  • Corequisite: You must also register for paired MTH 105Q course CRN 45004.

We will use Excel/Google Sheets in this class. 

Access to some type of scanning device.

Virtually proctored exams require:

  1. a modern computer (desktop or laptop) with a supported operating system (Windows or Mac)
  2. a broadband internet provider or mobile carrier with LTE or better service
  3. a microphone either on your computer or a stand alone microphone
  4. a detachable webcam or mobile device (such as a smartphone, tablet, etc.) 

No show policy

Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
