Details about this class

Family Partnerships in Education focuses on the dynamic nature of the home, school, and community connection. We examine how children and families function in a wide variety of contexts, and how we create equitable and trusting partnerships as we interact, communicate, and work with diverse families in a variety of contexts. We'll look indepth at the essential dimensions of trusting partnerships: equity, respect, communication, advocacy and commitment.
