PL219 Contract and Consumer Law
Provides an overview of contract law and selected consumer law claims and defenses. Includes understanding the basics of contract information, contract provisions, contract claims and defenses. Covers selected consumer law issues, including lemon law, warranties and fair debt collection. Prerequisite: PL 101. Audit available. (See course content and outcomes.)
