Dr. Michael Hohn

I believe all students have great potential and natural talents that can be developed. I am a strengths-based educator who believes students grow best when they are seen, encouraged, challenged, and given opportunities to build from their strengths.

I also understand that educational journeys are not always linear. I was a college dropout before returning to school later as an adult learner and eventually earning a doctoral degree. That experience shaped how I view growth, resilience, and student potential. I believe it is never too late to learn, grow, and change the direction of your life.

Before teaching 海棠直播, I spent more than 25 years working in leadership, management, training, human resources, and professional development, including work in the music and technology industries with the Allen Organ Company, Rodgers Instruments, and Roland US. That background helps me bring business to life in ways that go beyond textbook theory.

I am not interested in teaching business as disconnected theory. I want students to actually learn something useful…something they can apply immediately in work, leadership, school, and life. My classes are built around practical learning, meaningful coaching, real-world application, EQ, communication, and personal growth.

Students in my classes can expect clear standards, accountability, encouragement, and support. I believe students learn best when they feel respected, engaged, and challenged to grow.

My goal is simple: help students leave class with more confidence, more self-awareness, stronger workplace skills, and a better understanding of what they can contribute to the world around them.

Educational Motto:
All students are beautifully and wonderfully made. I do not believe students are problems to fix, but people with strengths, potential, and purpose waiting to be discovered and developed.
