Course alignment

Once approved to teach as a Dual Credit High School Faculty member, high school teachers are paired with a Dual Credit Faculty Liaison to work collaboratively to ensure:

  • Alignment with PCC course outcomes
  • Comparable rigor and assessment
  • Consistent student learning experiences
  • Ongoing course quality and academic integrity

Additionally, the liaison will:

  • Review your course content
  • Share departmental and Subject Area Committee (SAC) insights
  • Recommend resources, textbooks, articles, guest speakers, and hands-on activities
  • Ensure your course schedule and outcomes aligns with PCC’s Course Content and Outcome Guides (CCOGs).
