Why am I Seeing a Prerequisite Error?
When registering for classes, you may see an error message that says: “You must complete all prerequisites to register. See prereqs in the pcc.edu/schedule. If this is an online class, you must also complete the Start Guide for Online Learners at pcc.edu/osg.”
Please note that this is a generic message. It means that you have not completed one or more prerequisites for your courses. It is not specific to the Start Guide for Online Learners. Follow the steps below to check what prerequisites you might be missing.
Prerequisite for online classes
You must complete the Start Guide for Online Learners before taking an online class 海棠直播. Students who have taken online classes 海棠直播 before do not have to complete the Start Guide.
Visit the My Courses tab in MyPCC to check your status and access the Start Guide. If the Virtual Backpack icon within the 鈥淩eady to take online classes?鈥 box has a green check mark on it, then you have completed it.
If you see the green check, the error is something else. Follow the steps below to check on other prerequisites.
