Steps to Success (TANF services) at the Willow Creek Opportunity Center
Participant referrals
When referring participants to the PCC Steps to Success Employment and Training JOBS Program in Washington County, referrals are to be completed by聽ODHS Family Coaches (District #16)聽through the聽JOBS Outcome Indicators (JOI) system. These services are available only for individuals currently receiving TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families).
