Our last day of class is June 10th (Weds).
Please let your teacher know if you will not be taking the Summer ESOL class. She will give you the “term-off” paperwork, which includes instructions for registering for the Spring term.
Your teacher will register you for your next class—you don’t have to do anything. The ESOL Advising form and grade report will be given to all students on the last day of the Spring term, which is June 10th.

We will continue with Unit 9 and practice the past tense verbs in both our writing and speaking. Ìý Speaking Assessments Part 1 & Part 2 begins on Wednesday, May 27th.
We will look at how you think you are doing in this term’s Level 2 class.Ìý ÌýYou will have a couple of handouts to help you answer this question.
Homework due on Wednesday: 05/27:
Unit 9 is all about the past tense verb.Ìý For your last writing assignment, choose only one (1) topic to write about.Ìý Write 8 – 10 sentences. Ìý
- Write about a happy memory that happened to you in the past.ÌýÌý
- Write about a time when you had a scary experience.
- Write about a time when you had a funny experience.
Your paragraph should have the following information:
